California Democratic Precinct Captains work as grassroots activists to register and make contact with voters in their neighborhoods. The Grassroots Champions Coalition is dedicated to building, supporting, and empowering this vital work.

Such face to face contact has been shown to be the most effective means of voter outreach. To help accomplish these goals, the Coalition provides this free Online Self-Help Center for Precinct Captains with browser-based voter contact web tools, training, and other materials.

Thanks to the California Democratic Council (CDC) we now have 100% of California voters on-line. So your work here as Precinct Captains is even more useful to the Democratic Party since your voter contact info is available across all county boundaries.
